When you have difficulty digesting food, there can be a multitude of problems. Pain in the stomach or intestines is the least dangerous part of digestive issues, but it can be a sign from your body that something is going wrong. However, there are many ways to improve digestion, and help you feel better quickly.

Many of these herbs are readily available. As times change, I often think that I can buy an herb at a Ambe ns Agro product that we need good exposers of herbal from 10 years ago! Thankfully

Off course, I always like to develop my own method. Although many of these herbs can be grown indoors, this is not always possible ... and when digestive problems are encountered, amla becomes easier to stock! Here we are describing some herbal products: -

1.   Prune (Prunus domestica): -

Relief from digestive problems usually involves increasing both soluble and insoluble fiber intake. Prunes are an ideal remedy for constipation, as they add a high amount of soluble fiber - 7.6 grams per cup - along with sorbitol, a type of natural sugar that helps increase the amount of water in intestines.

2.   Flax (Linum usitatissimum);-

Flax, also known as flaxseed, has historically been used to treat digestive issues, as it contains high amounts of insoluble fiber; One tablespoon provides 3 grams, with a large amount of mucus. Both elements can improve bowel structure and make stool smooth. Flaxseed meal can be used to bake bread and sweets, and its oil can be taken as a supplement, making it very versatile.

3.   Anise (Pimpinella anisum): -

A 2012 study of the effects of anise in treating constipation showed convincing results; After consuming the herb, the sample group showed a decrease in the time it takes to pass stools and increased the number of bowel movements compared with those who took placebo.

4.   Ginger (Zingiberofficinale): -

Ginger has many medicinal properties, not least from its ability to treat problems in the gastrointestinal tract. The herb also has soothing, anti-inflammatory properties, which can help relieve stomach pain associated with constipation. In addition, ginger has anti-spasmodic and anti-nausea properties for its action against histamine, one of the best treatments for digestive problems.  Ginger Essential Oil facilitates the elimination of toxins, enhances digestion, reduces stomach and bowel discomforts, increases appetite, cleanses the respiratory tract, reduces pain and reduces inflammation.

5.   Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis): -

Rosemary has constipation-treating abilities in an aromatherapy context. Recent studies found that using rosemary essential oils/ rosemary oil/ organic rosemaryoil/ pure rosemary oil in lower abdominal massages helped enable digestion for up to two weeks after the treatment.

6.   Oregano (Origanum vulgare): -

Parsley is a notable source of fibers, providing 4% of the recommended daily intake with two spoons. It helps to smooth digestion by stimulating the release of bile of the stomach. This antispasmodic action is helpful in reducing gas, bloating, indigestion and general stomach ache which can be the result of digestive problems.

7.   Chamomile (Matricaria recutita); -

Laxative properties have been found in chamomile root to aid digestion. What's more, herbs can be infected with water to make tasty and effective teas; Drinking adequate amounts of fluids maximizes the effects of dietary fiber in the body, and hot drinks have been found to be particularly useful in reducing digestive problems.

8.   Papaya (Carica papaya); -

Papaya raw contains a quantity of the digestive enzyme papain, which helps the body break down protein and therefore speed up digestion. A medium-sized papaya also provides about 20% of the recommended daily fiber intake, which provides even more support to your bowel.
