8 Herbs To Fight This Winter Season!

 

As we enter the cold and flu season, it can be convenient to buy over-the-counter solutions for sore throat and stuffy nose. But have you considered increasing your own natural remedies for winter diseases?

7.    Lemon Balm: -

Lemon balm has a delicious citrus flavour and can help you relax. Its bright taste makes it one of my favourite herbs to use in tea.

8.    Echinacea: -

A beautiful flowering herb in the mint family, Echinacea can help many kinds of type such as strengthen your immune system, fight infections and reduce cold and flu symptoms.
