These days people are very busy with their lives they can’t take proper healthy diet. Bad eating habits lead to poor nutrition which can cause obesity, diabetes, and increase certain risk, etc… Vitamins & minerals are essential nutrients that help your body to work properly, also maintain body functions, including building strong bones and teeth, regulating your metabolism, and staying properly hydrated. Vitamins play an important role in keeping the body healthy. Fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K) dissolve in fat and are stored in the body. Water-soluble vitamins (vitamin C and B-complex vitamins, such as vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folate) must dissolve in water before they can be absorbed by the body, and therefore cannot be stored. Any water-soluble vitamins unused by the body are lost primarily through urine.

 

There are 13 types of vitamins. These vitamins are necessary for the body. Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, and the B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, B6, B12, and folate) is considered the most important. These 5 vitamins play an important role in the proper functioning of the body.

 

Vitamin A (Retinol)

Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin and an essential nutrient for humans. . Vitamin A support healthy vision, metabolism, stimulates the production and activity of white blood cells, participates in bone remodeling, helps maintain healthy endothelial cells (body internal surfaces of the body), and cell growth is necessary for reproduction and controls division.

Vitamins B

Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), Vitamin B7 (Biotin), Vitamin B9 (Folate/Folic acid), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin). These vitamins helps variety of enzymes do their jobs, from releasing energy from carbohydrates and fats to breaking down amino acids and transporting oxygen and energy-rich nutrients around the body.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)

Vitamin C is a type of antioxidant that can help maintain teeth and gums' health. It can also help with the absorption of iron in the body, which can help keep tissues healthy. And also help with wound healing.

Vitamin D (calciferol)

Vitamin D mainly absorb by the rays of the sun. To maintain its proper amount of Calciferol in our body, it is necessary to stay in the sun for 10 to 15 minutes at least 3 times a week. Vitamin D helps the body soak in calcium, also help with the healthy growth and maintenance of teeth & bones. Vitamin D also be useful in maintaining proper levels of calcium and phosphorus in the blood.

Vitamin E (tocopherol)

Vitamin E is an antioxidant, which helps our body manufacture red blood cells, also maintain healthy skin, Eyes, strengthen the body's natural defense against illness & infection (the immune system). vitamin E can protect the body's tissue damage from free radicals.

Vitamin K (Phytonadione)

Vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin. That helps to make various proteins that are needed for blood clotting, building of bones, preventing excessive bleeding.
