Lifestyle is
the way you live, for example, the things you normally do from starting your day
to till the end of the day. A way of living that
reflects the attitudes, habits, tastes, moral standards, living conditions
& behavior. “Lifestyle is the physical, psychological, social, and
economic, values, interests, opinions, and behaviors of a certain individual,
group, or community. But the real meaning of lifestyle is living a happy and
healthy life. Starting your day with exercise and meditation that’s helps to
maintain good mental physical and emotional health. Always eat breakfast and
take a well-balanced diet that gives you the energy to keep active throughout the
day. Stay hydrated, work on your hobbies, get proper sleep, work on your social life spend time with
family & friends, and try to connect with new people. In my words a full form

A settled or regular tendency or practice something that you
do regularly for example brushing your teeth daily is a habit that you do every
day. Adopting new habits, like healthy eating, regular exercise, meditation,
Hobbies like Games, Dance, Arts & Crafts, Yoga, Reading, Working Out,
Cooking, Gardening, etc… It helps to
manage your body weight, maintain your mental & emotional health, produce more energy, and also boost your knowledge. Make time
for the things you have to do and the things you want to do. Finding time daily
to do things that bring you pleasure, personal fulfillment, and rejuvenation.
