  These days people are very busy with their lives they can’t take proper healthy diet. Vitamins play an important role in keeping the body healthy. Fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K) dissolve in fat and are stored in the body. Water-soluble vitamins (vitamin C and B-complex vitamins, such as vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folate) must dissolve in water before they can be absorbed by the body, and therefore cannot be stored. Herbs can be alternative to medicine, herbal remedies, herbal nutrition, and alternative pain relief & as a preservative. Helps to prevent heart disease, cancer, and diabetes, also reduces blood clots, and provides anti-inflammatory & anti-tumor properties. Also used as natural personal care and cleaning products for skin for their anti-viral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and uplifting or calming qualities.
