A way of living that reflects the attitudes, habits, tastes, moral standards, living conditions & behavior. “Lifestyle is the physical, psychological, social, and economic, values, interests, opinions, and behaviors of a certain individual, group, or community. But the real meaning of lifestyle is living a happy and healthy life. Starting your day with exercise and meditation that’s helps to maintain good mental physical and emotional health. Always eat breakfast and take a well-balanced diet that gives you the energy to keep active throughout the day. Stay hydrated, work on your hobbies , get proper sleep, work on your social life spend time with family & friends, and try to connect with new people. In my words a full form of the lifestyle is...
